As we prepare for a potential contract with the Department of Defense (DoD), we invite applications for the position of Team Leader - Clearance Investigation Management.

This full-time position is based in Boyers, PA and requires a Top Secret Clearance, which is strongly preferred. Candidates without existing clearance must be eligible and willing to undergo the clearance process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily work assignments and employee performance, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in background investigation processes.
• Handle escalated inquiries with professionalism and provide informative responses.
• Generate and present weekly and monthly reports to management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with 3+ years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Federal Investigative Standards and public trust case management.
• Previous experience leading and directing teams effectively.
• Top Secret Clearance is strongly preferred.

Minimum Salary: $68,500.00

Maximum Salary: $73,500.00
