We're currently seeking a passionate and skilledTeam Leadto support and guide our1:1 Day Habilitation & Group Program— a critical role designed to enhance the lives of the individuals we serve through individualized attention, inclusive programming, and person-centered care.

As aTeam Lead, you'll be the go-to leader for our 1:1 Day Habilitation & Group staff. Your mission: ensure our participants receive meaningful, individualized support that promotes independence and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

Providedirect support and supervisionfor Day Habilitation staff in both 1:1 and group settings.

Maintaindaily schedulesand ensure programs align with each individual's Person-Centered Plan (PCP)

Assist and model support for toileting, hygiene, and behavioral needs

Offerhands-on support coveragewhen needed

Transport participantsin League or personal vehicles as required

Review and approve weekly stafftimecards

Coordinate stafftrainingon behavior plans, safety, and intervention strategies

Plan and implement creative, goal-oriented activities in areas like life skills, academics, and community engagement

Monitor and maintain accurate documentation, attendance, and data tracking

Attend PCP meetings, training sessions, and provide performance feedback to your team

Review and approve weekly timecards for assigned staff.

ABA/BS in Human Services(preferred)

3+ years of experiencesupporting individuals with developmental disabilities (required)

1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience(preferred)

Avalid driver's licenseand access to a personal vehicle

Strong communication andorganizational skills

Tech savvy: Familiarity withMicrosoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn electronic systems
