The role involves overseeing the entire sequence of cutting and welding operations for various repair and fabrication projects. Responsibilities include aligning and welding components of metal tools, wires, fixtures, and other metal products, utilizing different welding systems as needed. Maintaining a safe work environment and training apprentices may also be part of the duties.

The Welding Team Lead manages daily departmental operations, ensuring all welders correctly align and weld components. The ideal candidate will have a strong welding background, problem-solving skills, blueprint reading proficiency, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Leadership abilities and critical thinking skills are essential to optimize productivity and team performance.
