We are searching for the best talent for a Team Lead, US Orthopaedics Supply Chain, located in West Chester, PA, Raritan, NJ, Raynham, MA, Warsaw, IN or Palm Beach Gardens, FL!

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as the Team Lead for the U.S. Trauma/CMF, Spine, & Sports Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) Team of professionals, along with co-ops/interns and contractors as required. Owns talent development, goal and objective setting, and all associated performance and development activities for the team.
  • Manages and ensures clear communication with US Commercial Organization regarding inventory availability and leads all aspects of the US Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) processes and forums. Collaborates with key Global Supply Chain partners to understand the latest supply outlook and prioritizes accordingly.
  • Manages team to meet or exceed metrics including On-Time/In-Full (OTIF) at Delivery/Shipment/Allocation, Customer Backorder, and Set Fulfillment. Performs root cause analysis and drives issue resolution.
  • Manages manual allocation, order-to-order reallocation, and other demand management activities to improve customer service, streamline Last Mile execution, and optimize business outcomes.
  • Monitors and reports on key priority orders (ex. set sales, competitive conversions, military orders) and expedites supply to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Supports and contributes as Subject Matter Expert, Change Champion, or collaborator on key Last Mile initiatives.
  • Drives End-to-End process improvement initiatives by performing ad-hoc analysis, finding opportunities, recommending action plans, and inspiring change.
  • Supports the monthly S&OP processes as required.
Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.

Experience And Skills

Required:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of professional work experience in Supply Chain or Commercial Operations is required.
  • Excellent understanding of ERP systems (ex. SAP) is required.
  • Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (ex. APO, OMP) is required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
  • Strong understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain principles is required.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and driven way is required.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority is required.

Preferred

  • Understanding of key tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) is preferred.
  • APICS, Six Sigma, IBF, Project Management certification is preferred.

Other

  • Requires up to 10% travel.
