• Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
• 3:30 pm – 11:00 pm

Now Hiring: Quality Team Leaders for our client in Fountain Inn, SCStaffworks Group is seeking reliable full-time employees for temp-to-hire assembly and light manufacturing roles. This is a great opportunity to join a team that values hard work and consistency.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inspection process, responsible for the laborers and the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables
• Must lead by example, be organized, and practice good housekeeping skills in all areas of the facility
• Report any accidents or incidents that occur within the facility immediately to a supervisor
• Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.)
• Provide on the job training for any new work instructions when applicable
