Teaching Assistant II-1 - The University of Rochester : Job Details

PATHS Therapeutic After School Program Fall 2025, Mt. Hope Family Center This program is a clinical intervention designed to build social skills and emotion identity and development with children ages 6-11 from the city of Rochester, some of whom have histories of complex trauma and/or behavioral challenges. Counselors work directly with the children developing and implementing the Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies (PATHS) skills curriculum and problem solving any needs that may arise. Fall 2025, our program will run beginning with training. Training is required for program participation and will be held on: - Monday 9/15, Wednesday 9/17 - Monday 9/22, Wednesday 9/24 & Thursday 9/25 - All training days run 3:30 pm-8:00 pm. Program will run on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on 9/29/2025-12/10/2025. The children are present for program from 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm.
