Of Position:To provide childcare to children three to six years of age. Duties and Responsibilities:The Teachers Aide at the Leet Center supports the care and supervision of children ages 3 to 6 while assisting teachers with developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities. The role involves preparing materials, guiding children positively, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork are essential, as is the ability to report concerns and maintain confidentiality. The aide is expected to participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and uphold the ethical standards of early childhood education. Job Qualifications:Previous experience working with child care programs and/or completion of a course related to child growth and development in Early Childhood Education, preferred.
