We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher to join our team and support the diverse needs of our students. The Teacher will provide: instruction, support, and accommodations to students with disabilities in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This role involves close collaboration with: General education teachers, related service providers, families, and administrators to promote student success in the least restrictive environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student's needs. Provide direct instruction in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional areas. Adapt and modify curriculum and materials for accessibility. Collect and analyze student data to inform instruction and progress reporting. Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress. Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies and behavioral interventions. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
