Tax, Trusts, and Estate Attorney - Pridestaff : Job Details

Our client in NYC is seeking a full-time Tax, Trusts, and Estate Attorney. Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York required.
• Admitted to practice in law in the State of New Jersey is a plus.
• 5+ years' legal experience as an attorney.
• Experience with structuring sophisticated business transactions in a tax-efficient manner.
• Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation strongly preferred.
• US Tax Court trial experience.
• 40% of book of business is salary.
