Tax Supervisor- Real EstateRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, S corporations, individuals, trusts and corporations.
• Participate in tax research and consultative projects in various areas of partnership taxation and related areas.
• Draft PLRs and other IRS and State tax authority inquiries.
• Develop and share tax planning and savings recommendations.
• Work with the other tax consulting services pertaining to tax matters in the state and local, high net worth, international, research and development, cost segregation and other advisory services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or a related degree in business, and sufficient course work and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state you are being considered.
• CPA or JD license preferred.
• 3+ years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm with a focus in real estate.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
