The Opportunity

You'll Drive Results By:

• Leading and mentoring dynamic teams of Tax Seniors, Associates, and staff accountants
• Managing complex client relationships and providing strategic tax guidance year-round
• Ensuring project excellence while maintaining efficiency and profitability
• Conducting sophisticated research and developing innovative solutions for challenging tax issues
• Identifying and mitigating risk while maximizing client value

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive tax experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Expert-level proficiency across corporate, international, federal, state and local tax
• Deep experience in corporate restructuring, M&A, C Corps, partnerships, and individual/trust taxation
• Advanced tax accounting skills including US GAAP, consolidated returns, and multi-state compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license
• Proven leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills
• Public accounting background
• Master's degree in Taxation
• Proficiency with leading tax software platforms (ProSystems, CCH, Microsoft Office Suite)
