As part of our tax team, you will play a crucial role in shaping financial success stories and ensuring our clients remain ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving tax landscape.What You'll Do

• Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business entities.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors and financial planners to develop holistic strategies that optimize clients' financial positions.
• Stay ahead of evolving tax laws and regulations, proactively identifying opportunities and risks for our clients.
• Provide expert guidance on estate planning, charitable giving, and multi-generational wealth transfer strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

What We're Looking For

• CPA, EA, or relevant tax certification required.
• Minimum of 10-15+ years or Sr Tax Manager/Tax Director of experience in tax advisory, preferably in a public accounting or wealth management environment.
• Expertise in high-net-worth individual taxation, partnerships, S-corporations, and trusts.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-value client service.
