Tax Director, International – Indirect Tax - Armanino LLP : Job Details

Provide expert guidance to clients on U.S. and international indirect tax matters, including VAT, GST, sales/use tax, and other transaction-based taxes. Lead and manage indirect tax consulting and compliance engagements across multiple jurisdictions. Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring of cross-border transactions and supply chains. Collaborate with foreign accounting firms in our international network to support inbound and outbound client needs. Identify and implement indirect tax planning opportunities to optimize client operations and reduce tax liabilities. Assist partners with business development efforts and promote awareness of our indirect tax capabilities across the firm. Conduct technical research and deliver tailored solutions for complex indirect tax issues. Monitor global indirect tax developments and proactively advise clients on regulatory changes and implications.
