$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

A high-growth, nationally recognized financial services firm is seeking an Estate & Trust Tax Manager to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a visible leadership role supporting a dynamic portfolio of entrepreneurial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery and growth of tax advisory services within a diverse client base.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and entrepreneurs to understand their needs and provide tailored tax solutions.
• Mentor and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Oversee tax engagements, including preparation, planning, review, and compliance for partnerships and individual clients.
• Research complex tax issues and develop sound strategies to resolve them.
• Identify and drive business development opportunities, including prospect outreach, scoping projects, and negotiating terms.
• Represent clients in discussions with tax authorities, where necessary.

Requirements:

• CPA or EA designation required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of tax experience, preferably with exposure to both Trusts and Estates.
• Big 4 experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with state and local tax issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
