#x 9; Safety Enforcement: Ensuring students follow safety rules like staying seated, keeping aisles clear, and using seatbelts. Student Supervision: Maintaining order and discipline among students on the bus, addressing misbehavior, and mediating disputes. Assistance with Loading/ Unloading: Helping students, especially those with disabilities or special needs, onto and off the bus. This may include operating lifts for wheelchairs and securing them properly. Emergency Procedures: Participating in emergency drills, assisting with evacuations, and understanding how to operate emergency exits. Essential Skills: Active Listening: Being able to understand and respond to students' needs and concerns. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with students, parents, and school staff.
