Taper Gelcoat - Bass Pro Shop : Job Details

POSITION SUMMARY:This position requires hand application of masking tape to the inside surface of a mold in a specific pattern of stripe designs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Wipes clean with the luster cloth the inside of the molds where the masking tape will be applied.* Uses specific size tape, apply masking tape in a pre-determined pattern, free hand and/or with the use of templates.* Keeps work area clean, safe, and hazard free* Places all supplies in storage* ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNEDEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:* Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or EquivalentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:* Teamwork Oriented* Pushing and pulling molds* Repeated bending pulling stretching* Ability to distinguish basic colors* Depth perception* Detailed manipulation with fingers and hands* Coordination simultaneously* Attention to detailTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:* N/APHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:* Light lifting, under 20 lbs.* Light carrying, under 20 lbs.* Moderate lifting, 21-59 lbs.* Moderate carrying, 21 - 59 lbs.* Straight pulling* Pushing* Repeated bending* Reaching over shoulders* Use of fingers* Walking* Standing* Kneeling* Repeated stretching* Specific visual requirements* Ability to distinguish basic colors* Ability to distinguish shades of color* Hearing (aid permitted)WORK ENVIRONMENT:* Outside and inside* Extreme heat* Extreme humidity* Extreme noise, intermittent* Dust* Fumes, smoke, or gasses* Solvents (degreasing agents)* Slippery or uneven walking surfacesINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:* Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
