The Sourcer will partner closely with the Talent Advisors to develop creative and tailored strategies to engage passive candidates.Key Responsibilities:Flawless consulting to key stakeholders, providing the best talent acquisition strategies and tactics.Effectively build a workflow process with our Talent Advisors to ensure an ideal candidate experience.Act as a subject matter expert in the business, our needs, and initial vetting talent.Constantly generating pipeline, while being closely aligned with Talent Advisors and business stakeholders.Results-driven, ability to drive the recruitment process and provide responsive follow up to candidates and internal stakeholders.Understand broader business initiatives and be seen as an advisor to key business stakeholders.Deep understanding of the business and the ability to find and assess critical talent.Be an ambassador in all candidate or external communications.Knowledge of current market conditions and influencers, creative sourcing strategies, business drivers, and ability to embrace digital tools and technology.Stay abreast of innovative recruiting trends and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.Offer innovative and constructive ideas to continue our team's success.Finesse and a strategic mindset will be your allies in this fast-paced, innovative environment as you collaborate with stakeholders to ensure exceptional candidate experiences.Be a champion for diversity and inclusion.
