Your information will be kept on file for future opportunities.Saviynt seeks a IAM Sr Consultant or Technical Lead to architect, design, deploy, configure, and implement its Identity Governance (IGA) solution based on customer requirements. The primary responsibility will be deploying the Saviynt solution to meet these needs.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Architect and deploy Saviynt Identity Governance solutions to meet customer needs
• Design, implement, and integrate Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure
• Follow approved lifecycle methodologies, create design and testing documentation
• Interact with customers to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide weekly updates
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to mid-level and junior consultants
• Train and develop talent in Saviynt technology and IAM
• Assist operations and coordinate with product engineering teams as needed
• Resolve technical issues through debugging and research
• Support pre-sales activities for direct and partner sales teams
• Create solutions, designs, proof of concepts, and implementations based on real-world experience
• Research competitive solutions to address customer objections effectively
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within budgetWHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering
  • 6+ years of experience in design, development, customization, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products
  • Deep knowledge in User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Reporting, User Activity Monitoring, Access Certification, SOD, Password Management, and Cloud Security
  • Strong Java/J2EE and SQL skills
  • Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, Unix Shell/Perl scripting, and Batch Jobs
  • Excellent customer interaction and management skills
  • Experience with RFP responses and proposals
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of security/authorization models for enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and Box is a plus
  • Knowledge of protocols such as SAML and OpenID is advantageousBENEFITS
