Role Description

As aTalent Manager, youll be the key liaison between top creators and the brand world negotiating smart deals, nurturing long-term growth, and making sure every collab feels like a win-win. Which is responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of 1025 influencers (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Proactively source brand deal opportunities and negotiate terms
• Support influencers with rate cards, media kits, and pitch decks
• Act as the strategic advisor for influencers personal brand growth
• Coordinate with internal PR/marketing team for paid + organic campaigns
• Track deals, deadlines, and performance in Notion / Airtable / CRM

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in influencer management, creator economy, or brand partnerships
• Deep understanding of influencer platforms and creator culture
• Confident negotiator who knows how to position talent effectively
• Comfortable working with talent, agents, and brands directly
• Highly organized with a calm, clear communication style
• Bonus: Youve worked at a talent agency, influencer platform, or PR firm 3+ years
