Responsibilities
The Talent Management Systems Coordinator will work with the Organizational Development Manager to execute projects, providing cross functional support for our corporate trainers and recruitment group. The main duties are as follows:
- System Administrator for SuccessFactors platform and coordination with other Talent Management systems
- Keep aligned with SuccessFactors quarterly releases and applications
- Department liaison for company's questions regarding SuccessFactors and iCims platform, and troubleshooting issues as they come through.
- Take ownership of and ensure integrity of Talent Management data through development of audit reports; troubleshoot irregularities; partner with Career Development, Recruitment, HR and IT team to research, correct discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
- Deliver data reporting using a variety of reporting tools and sources (e.g. SuccessFactors Reporting, Excel, Microsoft BI).
- Develop, test, and monitor dashboards, metrics, applications within SuccessFactors.
- Develop quick guides and training guides on talent management systems.
- Work with Training Department to update and maintain ongoing training to employees
- Work closely with Career Development and HR department for new hire reporting and data tracking.
- Promote self-service reporting functionality with end users.
- Assist in the administration our online annual performance review processes (ensure competencies mapped and launching reviews).
- Use strategic thinking to seek ways to improve and increase the effectiveness of the department and organization as a whole
Qualifications
- College degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- At least 2 years of administration experience using SuccessFactors is required, Learning is a Plus
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a role in HR, project, or program coordination, or a role involving data management
- Knowledge of HR Management systems
- Understanding of data management
- Ability to troubleshoot systems and work independently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate a high level of accuracy with an attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on work assignments
- Critical thinking skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential
- Ability to exercise discretion, initiative and good judgment
- Experience with SuccessFactors platform required - Learning Module a plus
