GigFinesse is currently seeking a Talent Buyer to take charge of booking in the CITY market. This position is responsible for artist booking, bill creation, tour routing, and calendar management at assigned partnered venues. The Talent Buyer will also be responsible for facilitating cross-network collaboration, furthering GigFinesse's brand with important regional stakeholders, and integrating buying practices with the GigFinesse platform. An ideal candidate should have a passion for live music, deep connections in-market, and significant industry experience.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work with the NYC booking team to handle talent buying across multiple venues

* Collaborate with A&R to consistently onboard and book new, quality acts

* Facilitate artist integration with the GigFinesse booking platform

* Work hand in hand with venue management to ensure smooth operations

* Assist colleagues in other markets with booking and tour-routing operations

**Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of talent buying experience in New York City, Brooklyn experience preferred

* Experience booking both local and touring acts

* Broad industry knowledge, from booking to operations
