We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in an organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to identify pool of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:Use various channels to look for potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.Candidate Screening and Interviews:Review resumes and applications.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and culture fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and facilitate the recruitment process.Provide guidance and expertise regarding interview techniques and evaluation criteria.Employer Branding:Work with Marketing team on enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice by networking and maintaining a strong online presence.Contribute to social media efforts and job advertisement campaigns designed to attract top talent.Data Management and Reporting:Maintain candidate databases and candidate pipelines.Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment efforts.Onboarding:Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.HR Analytics and Reporting:Create and analyze HR reports and information to assess HR performance and support data-driven decision-making.Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Familiarity with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.Proficient in spoken and written English.Location: Escazu, Costa Rica
