Job Description :
Location: Hybrid, may need to be in SB office for in-person interview support, attending local job fairs, department meetings, etc. Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruiting function by sourcing and attracting talent, coordinating candidate engagement, and providing key administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in hiring efforts by building candidate pipelines, managing interview logistics, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The Specialist collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to help drive high-quality talent acquisition outcomes across the organization. What You Will Do:
  • Source qualified candidates using a variety of tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and candidate outreach to assess qualifications and interest
  • Partner with TA Partners to strategize on sourcing approaches and candidate pipelines for key openings
  • Create and post job advertisements to internal and external platforms in alignment with recruitment strategy
  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics with interview panels
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records, folders, and tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support candidate communications including assessment coordination, interview confirmations, and status updates
  • Maintain and organize digital recruitment files in compliance with internal processes and legal requirements
  • ssist with preparation for career fairs and recruiting events
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
You Will Be Successful If:
  • Demonstrated experience with sourcing strategies and tools, including Boolean search techniques
  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and candidate lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on professionalism and candidate experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Paycom a plus

  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recruitment experience, including candidate sourcing and coordination
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting is preferred
  • HR certification (PHR or equivalent) is a plus
