Job Description :
Responsible for establishing applicant sources by developing and maintaining a pipeline through various community outreach networks, professional channels, advertisement, and referral programs. Implements broader talent acquisition strategies within local markets and utilizes applicant tracking systems to monitor recruitment status for external candidates. Essential Functions. Retains hiring, selection, and personnel records in compliance with company, EEO/ AAP, and other governmental agency requirements. Maintains Recruiting Event Calendar. Runs open/fill report. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience One-year related experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and general human resources practices. Knowledge of recruitment and applicant tracking systems required.
