Job Description :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for but not limited to: handling day to day recruiting processes, sourcing and presenting candidates that are aligned to the position profile, and managing the candidate experience. The Specialist will process all recruitment-related administration within agreed timescales and providing excellent customer service. Will attend marketing and recruitment fairs, as well as, provide recommendations in order to recruit top talent. Duties may include administrative tasks, such as collecting references, call center duties, maintaining file records, and other assigned tasks. EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION: Associates Degree in related field required. PHR / SHRM-CP preferred. EXPERIENCE: Two or more years experience within a recruiting/talent search environment. Two or more years of customer service experience. COMPETENCIES: Ability to accurately evaluate candidates for our open positions.
