As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the recruitment process to secure high-quality hires efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your role will involve collaborating with HR and hiring managers, managing all aspects of talent acquisition, sourcing candidates actively, and working with external partners. You will also focus on continuous improvement and local employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment activities, from job postings to screening and interviewing.
  • Lead KPI-driven recruitment processes and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and offer advisory support to hiring managers.
  • Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Engage in active sourcing and collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and strive for process optimization.
  • Implement local employer branding initiatives, such as attending career fairs and partnering with universities and technical colleges.
  • Maintain a talent pool and contribute to ongoing recruitment strategy improvements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Management, International Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition; Active Sourcing experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, networking, and advisory skills; comfortable working virtually with remote hiring managers.
  • Results-driven, with expertise in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workday Recruitment).
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.

The typical base pay range for this position is between $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year. Please note, this range may vary based on location within the United States, and is not a guarantee of compensation. Final offers will depend on various factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related reasons. You may also be eligible for additional rewards, such as a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.
