We are currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist at our Ketema facility in El Cajon, CA.
What does the job involve?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the entire candidate experience, from the first moment they become aware of an opportunity to their first day as a new employee. As such, this position oversees planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies, as well as ownership of related social media and systems.
