The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with trucking industry expertise, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for our driver and operations positions. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, identify and attract qualified candidates, and manage the interview process to ensure we secure the best talent for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
• Leverage your trucking industry knowledge to identify and source top talent through various channels (online job boards, industry publications, social media, professional networks).
• Pre-screen and qualify candidates based on experience, skills, and regulatory requirements (CDL, endorsements, etc.).
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview panels, and conducting reference checks.
• Extend and negotiate offers to top candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on the trucking industry.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting drivers and operations personnel.
• Excellent understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations and CDL requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
