Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements, organizational objectives, and team dynamics.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and industry events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations within the Creative and Marketing industry.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on the Creative and Marketing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
