Get more details below.Contract Duration: 6-monthsWorksite Location: Sugar Land, TXCompensation: $25.00-35.00 per hourWhat you'll do as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer:
  • Screen talent pools to assess qualifications, skill sets, job fit, interest, salary expectations, and work authorization
  • Develop and maintain internal and external talent networks to support proactive sourcing efforts
  • Identify internal talent movement opportunities by partnering with HR and Talent Management
  • Assist in managing internal and external talent pipelines across a range of roles
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to understand hiring trends and anticipate future needs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to align recruitment strategies and drive marketplace opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic search plans, including timelines, candidate profiles, and sourcing approaches
  • Guide hiring managers on candidate engagement and best practices to attract top talent
  • Champion diversity and inclusion through strategies that support a diverse candidate slate
  • Support initiatives that improve hiring efficiency and enhance recruitment processes
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events as needed
  • Contribute to additional recruitment tasks and related projects as assigned
What you'll bring to the Talent Acquisition Sourcer role:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a recruiting or HR role supporting high-volume hiring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent management, sourcing, or talent pipelining strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build rapport and evaluate candidates effectively through structured interviews
  • Familiarity with employment laws, OFCCP regulations, and best hiring practices
  • Experience recruiting professional or executive-level roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Professional presence, with a strong sense of urgency and time management
  • Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems a plus
