Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Blarney Castle Oil Company : Job Details

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates that meet the needs of the business. This role will be a key partner to C-Store Operations and C-Store Leadership to help guide, teach, and motivate them through the recruiting and onboarding process to guarantee a smooth and positive interviewing and hiring process for all candidates. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years of demonstrated recruiting experience, including the recruiting process in its entirety. High school diploma or equivalent Excellent skills in the following:Written and Verbal Communication. In-person and virtual presentation skills Time-Management and Organization.
