In this role, you'll take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, with a focus on early-career and mid-level talent. You'll play a critical role in helping us attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers and supporting strategic recruiting initiatives. You'll also provide support to the lead recruiter in areas such as process improvement, reporting, and recruitment operations.Essential DutiesFull-Cycle Recruiting
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
Interview Process Management
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics to ensure an efficient and positive experience for both candidates and interview teams
Job Marketing & ATS Oversight
- Write compelling job descriptions and post to appropriate channels
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); generate reports as needed
Candidate Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our culture and value proposition throughout the hiring process
Strategic Talent Initiatives
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting strategy, tools, and processes
- Participate in hiring strategy discussions, pipeline development, and talent market research
Education & ExperienceThe ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 4 or more years, with full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate or high-growth environment.
