Talent Acquisition Partner, Sr. - UW Medicine Valley Medical Center : Job Details

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for implementing recruiting and sourcing processes, strategies, and solutions to attract top talent to the organization. Serves as a professional member of the Human Resources team and independently recruits candidates for a wide range of roles at Valley Medical Center and the Clinic Network including hard-to-fill critical positions. Carry out full life cycle recruiting processes while developing innovative recruitment strategies and effective marketing techniques to attract, screen and identify qualified candidates. DEPARTMENT: Human Resources WORK HOURS: Typically, Monday - Friday. Some flexibility may be required occasionally to meet department and client needs. REPORTS TO: Director, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding PREREQUISITES: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or another related field or equivalent, required.
