We are looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Partner to fill this role, based in our Doral office. The TA Partner is responsible for executing full lifecycle recruiting efforts for Princess Cruises corporate positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. They will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving talent acquisition efforts across the company. They will act as a talent advisor, maintaining a robust pipeline, building long-term relationships, and actively promoting the role and company to potential candidates. The TA Partner will collaborate with Hiring Managers to formulate effective recruiting strategies to attract, recruit, and close top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Source, assess, recruit, and close top talent.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates, utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising methods with a focus on ROI.
  • Identify qualified applicants, conduct diagnostic interviews, administer tests, evaluate qualifications, prepare detailed candidate reports, schedule interviews, facilitate debrief sessions with Hiring Managers, and check references. Extend job offers, explaining job description, terms, pay rate, and benefits.
  • Maintain data integrity across all systems and provide weekly update reports aligned with TA standards.
  • Build a proactive talent pipeline and manage relationships to ensure talent is ready for future opportunities.
  • Maintain close communication with the Business, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Talent Acquisition, consistent with department needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful recruiting experience.
  • Experience working in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables.
  • Ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and managing a recruitment desk.
  • Proficiency in closing techniques.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment market data.
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and intellectual agility.
  • Experience recruiting for roles at various levels and disciplines.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and operate in a fluid environment.
  • This position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).
