Our Talent Acquisition team is a lean, cross-functional team that supports the scale and growth of Accordion. We manage hiring across the consulting business as well as internal operations hiring for all our offices. Each Recruiter maintains a portfolio of internal clients and manages the full life-cycle including recruiting strategy, processes, and onboarding. We pride ourselves on our hands-on approach to candidate management and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the CFO Technology Recruiter will support recruiting efforts for our CFO Technology and Data & Analytics (D&A) Practices, including ERP, CPM/EPM, reporting models, and analytical solutions. Responsibilities include strategy, process, and tools of Talent Acquisition, delivering against recruiting goals, creating sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and providing excellent service to top talent.

This role can be based in any US office with a hybrid schedule, allowing remote work 2 days a week. Candidates should be local to the desired locations. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

• Drive innovative sourcing strategies for CFO Technology and D&A roles
• Establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates at all levels
• Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment processes
• Utilize social networking, job boards, university partnerships, and referrals to attract talent
• Manage offer details and approvals with leadership
• Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers, leveraging market insights
• Engage in headhunting for hard-to-fill positions
• Align recruitment activities with Accordion's employer brand
• Build relationships with business leaders and support interview process improvements
• Create and update job descriptions as needed

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Technology recruiting, preferably in financial services
• Experience recruiting for CFO Technology, ERP, and D&A tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred), and sourcing passive candidates
• Ability to build diverse talent pipelines and scale recruiting functions in a hypergrowth environment
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 + benefits + bonus. Actual compensation depends on experience and other factors.
