Minimum Pay:

The listed minimum pay reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may vary depending on hours and employment status.

Position Overview

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source, and recruit top talent, both internally and externally. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, creating diverse candidate pools, and representing Capital Health at diversity job fairs, social media, and networking events. Promote CH as an employer of choice.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of full lifecycle recruiting experience preferred. Healthcare recruiting and agency experience are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, change management, proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and assessing talent fit.
  • Behavioral: Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and strategic advising skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Work Details

Standard workday: 8 hours. No supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Functions
  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts.
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Use various sourcing channels to recruit diverse candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment best practices and candidate selection.
  • Streamline recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Advise on candidate selection and create engaging candidate experiences.
  • Negotiate offers and manage applicant records.
Physical Demands & Environment

Includes sitting, standing, walking, occasional climbing, lifting, and sensory requirements. No occupational exposure risks anticipated.

Offers are contingent upon completing onboarding, pre-employment physical, and vaccination requirements, including annual flu shot unless exempted.
