Minimum Pay:
The listed minimum pay reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Actual compensation may vary depending on hours and employment status.
Position OverviewPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source, and recruit top talent, both internally and externally. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, creating diverse candidate pools, and representing Capital Health at diversity job fairs, social media, and networking events. Promote CH as an employer of choice.
Minimum RequirementsStandard workday: 8 hours. No supervisory responsibilities.
