Base pay range

$75,000.00/hr - $101,000.00/hr

Headquartered in St. Louis, MO, the firm operates six regional offices and has staff nationwide to support its broad client base.Role Specific Introduction:Faith Group is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in St. Louis. This role is instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent across multiple disciplines, including engineering, IT, design consulting, and project management, to support our ongoing expansion and operational excellence.This position will be based in our St. Louis HQ full-time to enable close collaboration with leadership, hiring managers and teams, to gain a deep understanding of our company culture and the specialized roles we offer within the A/E, IT, and consulting sectors.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of recruiting platforms (Paycor Recruiting, LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.), professional networks, job boards, and industry events.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers of employment and onboarding.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of Paycor applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Implement creative and data-driven recruitment strategies to support high-volume and continuous hiring needs (~35+ hires annually).
  • Promote employer brand initiatives and assist in developing recruitment marketing materials that reflect Faith Group's values and mission.
  • Stay current on industry hiring trends, competitive compensation practices, and talent market dynamics to guide hiring strategies.
  • Support internal referral programs and engage with universities and professional associations for talent pipeline development.
Experience:
  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within engineering, architecture, IT, consulting, or A/E/C environments.
  • Proficiency with recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing tools. (Paycor Recruiter knowledge preferred)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and experience working with technical and professional roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Compensation:The salary range for this role is $75,000 – 101,000 annually. Salary is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's education, qualifications, and relevant experience.Other Job Notes:TBD
