Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines. Apply strong analytical skills to assess and identify the best talent for various job profiles. Build collaborative and consultative relationships with internal hiring managers and external candidates. Drive recruiting initiatives to deliver timely results for our internal customers. Contribute creative ideas and strategies to continuously improve our fast-paced, customer-focused culture. Nurture candidates during the entire recruitment life cycle. Maintain consistent applicant engagement, particularly throughout a lengthy government clearance investigation process. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment such as retail, logistics, operations, or an agency. Proven experience managing internal customer relationships across multiple geographic regions and diverse job profiles.
