Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership in developing and executing a proactive talent strategy while contributing to building high-performing teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across all departments, from sourcing to onboarding and integration.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, forecasting, and organizational needs.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
- Optimize recruiting tools, systems, and processes for scalable hiring.
- Promote a strong, consistent candidate experience with timely communication and support.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring performance and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Executive Team) to align hiring plans with business goals.
- Lead recruitment branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.
- Stay current with recruiting trends, technology, and best practices.
- Support additional HR responsibilities, which may include training and development, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Preferably 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of modern recruiting platforms and tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with stakeholders across levels.
- Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to guide hiring decisions.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments.
