Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership in developing and executing a proactive talent strategy while contributing to building high-performing teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across all departments, from sourcing to onboarding and integration.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, forecasting, and organizational needs.
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
  • Optimize recruiting tools, systems, and processes for scalable hiring.
  • Promote a strong, consistent candidate experience with timely communication and support.
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring performance and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Executive Team) to align hiring plans with business goals.
  • Lead recruitment branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Stay current with recruiting trends, technology, and best practices.
  • Support additional HR responsibilities, which may include training and development, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Preferably 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of modern recruiting platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with stakeholders across levels.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to guide hiring decisions.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments.
