We're partnering with a well-established, St. Louis-headquartered client to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager who will own and drive all aspects of recruiting strategy and execution. This is a direct hire, in-office role with a company known for managing large-scale, complex projects nationwide.

What You'll Tackle:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across all functions: project management, engineering, leadership, and admin
- Build talent pipelines, own the ATS, and elevate employer branding
- Partner closely with hiring managers and drive continuous improvements in process
- Support internship programs, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in recruiting (construction is a must)
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, college fairs, and third-party agencies
- Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
