Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
A company in south San Antonio is looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to support their team. This is a fully onsite role and salary is roughly $70-90k depending on experience. Candidates must have UKG experience to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across varied teams, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with leadership to align talent strategies with business goals.
Support organizational development, employee relations, and team effectiveness.
Help shape the employee experience through engagement, retention, and culture efforts.
Contribute to broader people programs, including onboarding, performance, and development.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or HRBP roles, ideally in a manufacturing or technical setting.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with UKG required.
