This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while helping to grow key programs, including our internship and DOD SkillBridge initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruitment events
- Support the expansion of our internship program, including arranging travel and accommodations for participants and assisting employee attendees
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders, including company leadership
- Assist in the development and implementationof recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions
- Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Required Education and Experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related roles
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Familiarity with social media and other recruitment platforms for sourcing candidates
