Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Factory Mutual Insurance Company : Job Details

Manage the entire candidate interview process, including scheduling video and onsite interviews. Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the interview, offer, and pre-employment processes, including skills testing, background checks, orientation, work visa sponsorship process, offer letters, and other pre-boarding activities. Act as the point of contact for the business in relation to requisitions and initial hiring activities. Establish effective rapport with hiring managers and recruiters Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to determine hiring needs and ensure a seamless interview process. Foster positive relationships with internal collaborators to effectively implement standard methodologies in talent acquisition. Consistently communicate with hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback on candidates. Manage candidate travel arrangements and process candidate travel reimbursements.
