The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for various positions within the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience Minimum of one year professional level experience in a recruiting role to include some compensation experience; preferably in healthcare or other complex environment. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field 3-5 years or more of professional level experience in a recruiting role.
