Partner with managers to understand staffing needs to develop effective, data-driven recruiting strategies. Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for various technical disciplines. Utilize social media, job boards, employee referrals, and events to attract diverse talent. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment activities within applicant tracking systems (ATS). Represent Northrop Grumman at career fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Basic Qualifications for Level 2 Talent Acquisition Business Partner: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a full lifecycle recruiting role (agency or corporate) with a focus on sourcing strategy, lead generation, and candidate quality.
