Job Description Human Resources Assistant General Description

The Human Resources (HR) Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams by assisting with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and travel, maintaining applicant tracking systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers, and providing overall HR administrative support.

Duties
  • Assist in posting job openings on internal and external job boards.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-up.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
Required/Preferred Experience and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative HR support role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., JazzHR or iCIMS).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment is preferred.
