Arbor Realty Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical to the smooth and efficient functioning of our recruitment process and new hire onboarding. Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities) The Talent Acquisition Administrator will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Create and manage job postings on our company website, through Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking system, as well as external job boards and/or relevant platforms.
- Coordinate phone screens and virtual/in-person interviews for various levels of the organization to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Coordinate and manage the candidate background checks and monitor process in accordance with company policies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees ensuring all tasks are completed and process workflow is followed.
- Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers, supporting them through the recruiting lifecycle and providing regular updates on candidate status.
- Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Support recruitment operations by processing employee referrals, tracking referral outcomes, and ensuring timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers. Manage the contractor onboarding process, including coordination with vendors, compliance documentation, and system setup to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
- May require travel into the New York City office.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources with a strong preference for previous recruiting experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must have strong customer service, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to organize and effectively prioritize responsibilities. As well as adapt and be trained on software tools for data entry and reporting (i.e., ADP, ICIMS, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
- Strong and adaptable technical skills for data entry, system maintenance, and reporting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a quick learner with the ability to work in a fast paced and frequently changing environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus. The starting base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $67,500. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the course of the year. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
