Table Games Assistant Manager - Nisqually Red Wind Casino : Job Details

During designated shift, The Table Games Assistant Manager ensures that the Casino is in compliance with Tribal-State Compact and Appendix A, ordinances and all Casino internal control policies and department procedures. Serve as the Table Games Manager in the absence of that individual. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:Required skills and knowledge:High school diploma or GED certificate. Management courses through an accredited university, community college or in-house training course 3 years of Table Games management work experience 5 years of supervisory experience in a casino table games department. Knowledge of all table games, internal controls and standard operating procedures of the Nisqually Red Wind Casino. Knowledge of Title 31 Basic math skills. Pass NRWC pre-employment testing. Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
