  • Position Overview: Systems & Warehouse Manager

    Oversees, manages, and directly drives continuous improvement in utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), business analytics, network resources, and implementing solutions aligned with business goals. Supports the organization's supply chain strategy. Plans, directs, and monitors all activities in the warehouse.

    Essential Functions
    • Responsible for Warehouse Management System (WMS)
    • Understand the WMS database structure
    • Perform advanced configuration of the WMS
    • Lead initiatives to improve WMS functionality
    • Build and maintain a safe work culture
    • Coordinate technical support for site or network operations and systems
    • Serve as site lead for systems implementations and modifications
    • Oversee warehouse operations including training, shipping, receiving, inventory, and safety
    • Build a positive work environment
    • Manage all aspects of inventory
    • Schedule labor to meet demands and goals
    • Oversee shipping and receiving discrepancies, RMA's
    • Train forklift operators, administer road tests and certifications
    • Establish operational procedures for shipments, handling, and inventory management
    • Collaborate with department heads for coordination
    • Manage salvage of damaged or unused materials
    • Handle month-end inventory and cycle counts
    • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse
    • Participate in safety and plant protection planning
    • Ensure regular and predictable attendance
    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 6+ years managing a Warehouse Management System
    • 6+ years in warehouse or logistics field
    • 4+ years managing IT systems

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 10+ years managing a Warehouse Management System
    • 10+ years in warehouse or logistics field
    • 6+ years managing people/projects
