Experience designing/maintaining websites. Experience using content managers for web design. Knowledge of Adobe Products, including In. Design and Photoshop. Knowledge of MS Office Suite. Experience installing/troubleshooting/maintaining computers and peripherals, including printers. Strong written and verbal skills, with ability to present technical information clearly to a non-technical audience. Experience with both Windows and OSX operating systems. Strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience with document design. Knowledge of university systems. Job Description The Systems Support Specialist II acts as site owner for the Department of English website and collaborates with Chairs office and Director of Communications to ensure the site is up-to-date and accurate.
